LASER 80 Diesel Engine NEW

A new running attempt with the new engine. Runnin with "correct" muffler position, and the right fuel - 25% of synthetic oil + 2% nitro.
Very easy starting, but loud diesel-knock.
Adjustment of compression and needle has to be re-done.
OOPS....while staring on the engine i filmed the grass ;-))

is it REGULAR diesel or a special blend?

@RFTAEC100 Hi, it's a special blend, not that kind of Diesel fuel used in "regular size" engines. It contains kerosene (petroleum), diethyl ether, and oil (castor oil or synthetic)

they say a 4 stroke has more torque than a 2 stoke but what about a rc diesel 2 stroke vs a nitro 4 stroke, ? since the 2 stroke is diesel' would it have more power of the same size??

Yes, that's right - it is called "poppers" and can be abused. this is a cause, why the fuel only should be handled with good ventlillation or outdoors. The ether contained in the fuel also can be dangerous.
