  • @missrosie3990 Certain boxes will work without the remote you will just have to play with it and see. Depends on the make and model. Some have buttons on the front of it that you can change channels ect... Initial setup may be impossible though without a remote. I would just try it and see. If you can't get it to work you may have to buy a remote online or a universal one may work. It all depends again like I said about the make and model.

  • @uhavemooface If you are using rabbit ears with your tv, and you are getting channels then I assume your tv is a new tv with a digital tuner. The Converter box would bring in the same amount of channels that your tv is bringing in. The box is just a digital tuner for tvs that dosn't have a tuner. It won't bring in any more channels other than what is available in your area. It isn't any more powerful than your tv's tuner.

  • @zOvarGaming There are a couple of reasons why you can't see anything... first of all check the power on your converter box itself.. some have a power switch to the side of them or on the back of them that you have to switch on and then you can also power them on and off by their remote. If you have power to the box make sure your rca connections between the box and the tv are connected properly and also make sure you are on the right input. Some tv's have more than one rca input. Hopethishelps

  • @asianpy168 are you using the dvd player in the same line with the converter box? Every dvd player is different, but certain ones will let you have an rca input. So in theory you could use the converter box through your dvd player but you would have to make sure your dvd player is on the right input just like your tv for you to be able to see it. But if you can only hear and don't have video you should make sure all your rca inputs are hooked up properly Let me know if this helps...

  • i cant get it to work.. no picture nothing..

  • @t0xictreasure Are you seeing the menu from your digital converter box? If you aren't at least seeing that then you need to make sure you have your tv on either channel 3 or 4 or on the rca input channel depending on the way you hooked your box up. Let me know how you have it hooked up and I'll try and help some more

  • I have the converter box, but no remote! I got the converter box from a friend! Do I need the remote?

  • I don't have a converter box just the bunny ears and we have three or four channels or more with that. I am thinking I could get a lot more with the converter box.
