Persona 3 - Voice Over Only (no game sound) - Ranting about Monad

I got to the top of the tower, and then discovered an Enormous Door... went into it a few times, and this is the last time I tried to win a battle, because, I just couldn't take the shock.

The thing that really annoyed me was that I was LOADED with "Bead" and "Medical Powder" items, an instead, the Artificial Stupidity decided to use a "Medicine", which restore only 50 points, versus Full HP(Bead), and 100 points(Medical Powder).

When you take 91 points of damage from poison per round into account, then you realize that healing me for 50 points is more like letting me lose 41 points rather than 91. So, it was utter failure, of the A.I.....

That dog must have some sorta grudge against me.

421 903 P3 Weekly Update 16 Done With This Monad Shock

VOO - Voice Over Only (no game sound) - I couldn't get the mixer to record both, the mic was too low and the game was too high, so I just cut out the game and boosted the mic in post.

One of the things that made P3 fun (and sometimes frustrating) was figuring out how to make sure the AI characters would act so they wouldn't f*** up the battle. Of course, the frustration CAN get pretty high, so I'm glad you can control the characters in P3P XP

@Yukai Yeah, if they backported P3P to PS2, I'd get it for the enhanchments... but of course that won't happen since the PS2 is "old and dead" in the minds of the american game developers. Nevermind that the hardware is still selling.

AI can't use items from your inventory irritatingly. They have a set amout of items they can use each trip into Tartarus if I remember correctly. I think it's like 3 medical powders and 5 medicens or something

@bajan13k So I played on P3P instead, you can manually control other characters.

@rotenburk yeah, and there is no way to over-ride them, unlike in Persona 4 where you can take manual control.... so for that reason, I gave up on beating the last boss since levelling up in Monad would be frustrating.
