How to mod fallout 3

in this video i show how to mod fallout 3

what this does is change the amount of an item you have so say if you had 290 10mm pistols using this you could change it so you can have 10000 10mm pistols with just the click of the button you can also change the name of the save so if the name was liam you can change that to cm31 or what ever

I know how to mod but if i catch a mistake i cant fix it because every time I load a mod back up it wont let me save it it will delete my previous version and if i save it again G.E.C.K. will crash on me. can anyone help?
