Hi,
The road you can see in the video is the Northern Perimeter Road and is part of ring road of sorts that surrounds the Airport. There is also an Eastern, Southern, and Western Perimeter Road.
If you're impressed with this view you need to have a look at another of my videos entitled Singapore Airlines A380 "LANDING" which shows the massive plane fly over Myrtle Avenue and almost over head.

The registration was 9V-SKB, it was Singapore Airlines 2nd A380 in service.
