Reading the comments I see some Smiths comparisons, and indeed Martin Rossiter had a very Morrissey-like voice, and during this first album they sounded almost like Morrissey's solo stuff, but by the time I saw them live in 97, their guitarist had gotten a lot bluesier with his guitar solos, so it's unfair to put them in that copy-cat category... Anyway, thanks to the poster for this video!

You mean, like, it was a nostalgic nod to the Smiths already in 1995? Harsh. These guys were pretty good in their day. The kiddies wouldn't even hear the music without the ridiculous pop-rock image that is required now. See: Emo.
