I haven't read that but I need too! I think $1000 a month would probably be okay if you have a reasonable rent and are young. Adding age and other people obviously adds needs for money.

It just IS wig time. There is no explanation for it.
And yes, you must read it! It is so good!
I'm not sure. The average rent here is about $750+ and then there's food, gas for cars, and sometimes utilities, depending on your situation.

@frostedflakessuck Yeah that's why I said age and other people add more because if you're young you can walk more places. You can eat cheaper. When you're 20 you can pretty much live off ramen and doritos but not so much when you're 30. But of course, I haven't had the privilege of living by myself yet so that's just a guesstimate.
