Terrible to take a wild horse from a dying population where you can get an already domesticated horse. Cheaper? BULL SHIT! The Bureau of Land Managements justifications are reckless and irresponsible.

This is an excellent video. Than you CBS. I hope everyone realizes the timeless majesty of these wild mustangs of ours. What a rare gift we have in the horses. Also, I just finished reading a GREAT book, a novel on the subject of horse slaughter during the 1930s (historical fiction). The title is 'The Last Good Horse' by David Martin Anderson. @JerseyRenegade umm how exactly am i self absorbed i think its good that if horse has to be taken out of the wild which i think is a horrible thing then they should at least get a second chance to be used riding horses an i Never said they should be sent to slaughter i juss think thats what happens to alot of the wild horses if some1 doesnt adopt them who nos wat their doin an is able to train them properly

alot of domestic horses aren't as sure footed and if the didnt go on the trails they would end up in the slaughter houses. mustangs are great riding horses

There are no wild horse is starving or dying of thirst on the ranges!None! After 35 years of seeing for myself I can attest to the fact that it a fallacy.The BLM duped the public into believing that the horses are starving and dying of thirst for no other reason but to warrant their purpose to eradicate them.Your information has been falsely reported and documented.

Project noble mustangs! What the hell is wrong with the other thousands of domestic horses that can do the job even better that the wild horse.Get off their backs they arent meant to ridden.Look at their size and hooves. They are not built for carrying weight.I ought to know,I have been studying these animals for 40 years.Look at the size of some or those agents.They are not riding horses.Think you know more than me about the wild horse?

you guys say that they are the last living reminants of the old west, and yet it's a good thing that they are being taken from the wild by the herdfull and are made domestic? why not just breed stronger horses from the already domesticated horses?
