@ulillillia Yeah, like that video. Definitely strange. You probably are the only person on the face of the earth who can honesatly say they are a master of this game.

I love the underground theme.

I have a 17-part video of the Genesis version. This game's music has bugs not in the Genesis version. Listen to the river one's closely - you'll hear an extra 4 measures after 2 loops, as if the song was unfinished. The desert one (after the train) has the start of loop 2 of part 1 then skips to part 2. I memorize the game's music very well so I can easily detect these anomalies. I have 100% memorization for the desert (after the train) and river. The village and forest are close (90%).

I'm total opposite, I am very familiar with the Snes bubsy, and the genesis version is the one I dont know to much about. Personally I think the snes version is much better, audio wise. But that's true with most snes games, snes has a broader MIDI library than genesis.
I wouldn't dream of beating this game in one sitting. The furthest I've got around the second river level. Guess I spent too much time playing Sonic 3 & Knuckles and Sonic 2. You're amazing at this game.

By the second river level, I typically have around 60 to 70 lives. I've even experienced the 80-lives glitch (I have a video that shows this). I'm otherwise a master at this game.

You should make up some complete level maps of bubsy. That would be cool. If you have the patience to screencap every frame of the game that is.

There is a problem with this. Aside from the time, compression artifacts will cause odd seams to appear. On top of that, you're looking at images around 8192x2048 pixels in size, which is too big to post on pretty much any site.

When you say "more familiar Genesis version", do you mean more familiar to you, or more familiar in general? I don't know which version of the game sold better, but I always knew the SNES version. My cousins had a Genesis, while I had an SNES.

By this, I mean I'm more familiar with the Genesis version of Bubsy. This video shows my first play of the SNES version, but I do surprisingly well because the design is close to that of the Genesis version so I can utilize my knowledge with the Genesis version. Note the case of "that bug is still present". It's from my familiarity with the Genesis version, which has roughly 3000 hours of play (potentially 4000). From memorizing much of the music, I can detect anomalies with it too.
