What we have tried to do is explain the various processes required to install a LiFeBATT HPS battery system into your electric vehicle. For our example, we enlisted the help of Steve Labib of JozzBikes.co.uk and his TTXGP bike, a Ducati SS600. We have installed a small 48V 40Ah system to show how easy it is and covered a lot of other aspects of EV conversions.
I hope you find it interesting, despite my rather wooden, game show host delivery!
Thanks to Andy at EVMotorCycle.org for the camera work and editing.

hi i have an idea i hope will help. Would you try a belt driven setup instead. Less noise and friction. That will increase your range and possibly power consumption.

appreciate the work and quality.
i think if you can configue your batteries that are up high to a lower level of the centre of gravity it would be really great. put in poly tube with end to end connection and run them along the length of the bike adding only 100mm to the total width .5 of them on each
side running horizontal and covering the rear wheel halfway.
if done well a fairing could cover and look really good.
