    You knew you were in for some lava filled adventure when you entered Norfair's lower sector and this track started playing. Super Metroid is a mastepiece and no other game has ever given me such a claustrophobic but open-world experience (Dark Souls came close). The feeling of discovering and taking an elevator to an unknown and always deeper area was unmatched.
