How to firm your butt using cardio kickboxing exercises. Thigh and glute exercises for women. This is a simple easy to follow workout you can do with or without equipment to firm and lift your butt. Exercises can be performed using your own bodyweight or with an exercise band. These exercises are suitable for women of alll ages, shapes and sizes. To gain the benefits you should perform these exercises 3 times per week. Each exercise should be 2 to 3 minutes long.
