@HerroHerrar They tried that. Gave them boats and trained sailors. Boats got nicked and the sailors (after not getting proper payment) took their skills to piracy.

why not just help Somalia government to build up very strong navy to deal with the pirates, helping Kenya, Tanzania,and us in Djibouti will not help stop the pirates, the key is in Somalia help the Somali government to end the pirates and terrorists
