  • @mason0444 why is that, brother? Let say you have a 600cc, someone with 1000cc will make fun of you. Than someone with Ninja ZX14 or Hayabusa will put them down, than a guy with Desmosedici will come.... I say: We all share the same passion, but have different budget, skill level and self control when decide what to ride. But for me any rider on 2 wheels is my brother! Ride safe!

  • @1967vsi my '11 cbr1000rr isnt so comfy but still gets gets 38mpg's and my $258/y insurance isnt so bad either. i got respect for the 650r's though. awesome bikes in there own right. ive ridden one once they get up and go pretty darn good considering there a 2-cyl commuter bike. there still faster than just about every car on the road and thats all that really matters :D

  • I was hoping it would take off!

  • @crazycurtis28 Yeah, she says most riders are organ donors lol

  • @donziiwww maybe she was trying to put you off the idea.... most mums dont like 2 wheels haha

  • @crazycurtis28 Yeah i though so, my mum was telling me the opposite lokl

  • @donziiwww yeah motorbikes/mopeds are normally alot cheaper than cars on both tax and insurance.

for example my cars tax for the year was around £250. but my bike was just £66 for the year

  • @crazycurtis28 Alright, and by the way do you know if a 125cc bike is just as expensive to hold as a car? like car insurance costs etc... not including the license and driving tests ... etc

  • @donziiwww although.... i think the law just changed, meaning you HAVE to be 21 before riding anything bigger than a 125 regardless of if youve been riding on an A2 licence for 2 years

  • @donziiwww right..... you can ride a moded up to 33BHP on a CBT.

then you can get a full A2 motorcycle licence when you turn 17, which means you can ride any bike, as long as its restricted to 33BHP again. after 2 years the restriction is automatically lifted and you can ride any size bike, so potentially by the time your 19/20.

or you keep to the moped till your 21 and then do your full, unrestricted A1 motorcycle licence

  • Hi guys, im 16 soon getting a moped and i was just wondering how old you have to be to own a bike higher than 126cc+ in uk, i wastold you need to be 21? Is that true ? thanks

  • I ride a 250 FZR 1987 yeah baby hella alot of fun when she goes past 12rpm she screams like the devil
