So what's the story behind them, did they originally come with the TV-NES system?

@dedpxl Yeah, they're regular NES controllers (I saw your other comment). They're special black controllers made for the NES TV and were made in very small quantities. They were sold separately from the TV, so you aren't always going to find them together. They're pretty slick to be quite honest. The TV and controllers go real well together.
