@archimodes What's better workout? Doing a workout that is so easy you have terrific form the entire way or doing a workout that takes every ounce of your strength and stamina to complete? The core of crossfit is to push past the threshold of pain and endurance, past the point that your body wants to give up and fall on the floor, and push just a little further than you feel comfortable in. This is called "functional fitness".
