*De getuigenis van een moslim telt altijd zwaarder dan die van een dhimmi. Een eed of verklaring van een dhimmi heeft in een zaak tegen een moslim geen enkele rechtsgeldigheid.
*Dhimmis mogen nooit en te nimmer een wapen dragen en kunnen dus geen dienst doen bij de politie of in het leger.
*Het uitschelden of beledigen van moslims door dhimmis is streng verboden, het omgekeerde is geen probleem. Een dhimmi die een moslim letsel toebrengt wordt zwaar bestraft, in het omgekeerde geval is een bescheiden boete voldoende. Indien een moslim een dhimmi doodt en daarvoor geen acceptabele reden aan kan voeren, moet hij bloedgeld betalen. Op het doden van een moslim door een dhimmi staat uiteraard de doodstraf.
*Als een dhimmi zich tot islam bekeert en dit later verwerpt, zal hij ter dood gebracht worden.
*Het is in vele gevallen niet toegestaan voor dhimmi kinderen om deel te nemen aan universitair onderwijs.
