I call him Joe Lieber-ass, with reason. This is one of them. The other is that he didn't support the public option and forced the Democrats to water the healthcare plan down even more. He calls himself an 'Independent Democrat'? My ass! More like independent asswipe. Thankfully, if you read the Wikipedia page about the 2012 CT Senate election, he's far behind in the polls and will most likely(and hopefully) be replaced by a real Democrat who doesn't sell out.

Joe Lieberman was a disaster during the whole 2000 election recount. If he really wanted to be the second most powerful man in the united states he would've kept his mouth shut and let Gore and the democrats handle the Bush people.

I really wish Joe Lieberman would have gotten the nomination in 2004 instead of Kerry. I like Joe personally.  He can actually make a decision on his own instead of being programmed from a party.
