  • Yes, as a prep video, it's of virtually no use. Now as kitchen cinema, its priceless, all complete with the sad ending :(

  • You remove the meat from the bone by cutting it away from the bone or scraping it away from the bone with the blade of a knife.

  • you look like chicha Marina. good job!

  • muchas gratias

  • G for gross is correct. I hope this is a joke. This turkey laid on a room temperature counter for 1.5 hours! yikes. Then the hairy arm guy massaging the thing with the frankenstein stiches... gross. I am considering becoming a vegetarian after this. then you don't show how it is served, because it has to fall apart when you take it out of the pan.

  • Hard telling, captain stutter.

  • Everybody's so freaked about bacteria. Hand sanitizer squirt bottles everywhere. Now they even have sprays and wipes so you can touch shopping carts. Get over it! If it weren't for a little bacteria here and there, you wouldn't build up a resistance to it. What the video doesn't show is the cleaning we did between scenes. I figured those viewing this would realize that we weren't total idiots.

  • Yeah, this countertop is a bacteria nightmare right about now, that's what bugs me about it. This is not nearly the best way to prep a turkey.

  • Yeah I'm not trying to be mean...but this isn't very good as far as an instruction video goes. I watched it all and I still dont know how to debone a turkey...or roll it and sew it up. LOL. I think that's what ballg meant when he commenting on the skipping. Too bad..the end product looked pretty good. I just don't know how to replicate it. : (

  • Thanks for your comment. We won't be doing it again this year because we have been invited elsewhere. Maybe next year, stay tuned.

  • skipping must be your internet connection because the video is scaled down for proper industry standard video distribution. Thanks for the comment and have a happy thanksgiving.
