Finally! I found this video about discrimination. I asked mister Japanesechannel about wearing my afro would be formal or informal? Will they accept my hair do as afro but he didn't respond to me so im guessing he made a video going over that topic and I just recently subscribed to him ending of last year. So I'm happy to find this video.

@szpunar33 more like a stickler for proper use of the definition. Although I will admit nationalism is probably the better term than racism. Someone else responded saying that a little while ago.
They do have their perfectly good and justifiable reasons for acting the way they do, but it does not change the fact that they are preferentially selecting members of their own nationality over others who could maybe do the job just as well or better. The shoe fits, so I am calling it.

By definition, what is being described here is racism. Racism is favoring members of one ethnicity over another. By the sounds of what I have heard hear, Japanese people prefer Japanese over every other ethnicity. That is racism no matter where you go.
