I know that American and British food don't have a particularly great reputation.

You killed the tortellini!!! Way to much oil and not proper cutting of the vegetables. Not a sharp knife... come on dude you can do it better....

A pacific person huh? Not sure what that is but OK... As far as Italian cooking... Um u guys have recipes for pigeons.. I like to cook and make my own spin on recipe's but if you want to take offense because someone labeled a recipe Italian then your as forgettable as Italy was during WW2.
