In the 70's every young person who wants to be subversive, in the conservative cultural reality of England, used a swastika on her/his clothes. It happens to almost all punk rockers in the 70's and earlier 80's. They were NOT nazis, they even didn't know what they really were. They needed to provoque, they used swastikas as they wear plastic bag clothes too, paint their hair, pierce almost all parts of their bodies and say "fuck you" on tv. God save the punk rocker queen. :)

The Swastikas were a way of expression, they underlined the rebellion of the punk movement...The Bromley Contingent wasn't nazist, they wore swastikas just for a matter of rebellion and to shock people.
