That oscillator is GE style, right down to the gear arrangement.
Those Signals are great little fans, they do have a good following with some AFCA members and are considered an under appreciated brand. An AFCA friend who has a Signal catalog set found these fans are from 1954. If you look at my channel's background it has a shot of one of these badges.

it sure is a ge type oscillator. the gears are arranged slightly different but its close enough. im thinking about making a badge for this one just for astectics!

My fan is actually missing that sticker. I figured it'd be around 1 amp for the power usage, my 1249 Cool Spot is right at the tag rating of .9 with wattage of 70 (@ 118 volts) according to my Kill-A-Watt tester.
