@MamadoProductions when i try to connect my drive (slim 0225) to the PC (without using your tutorial) it doesn't even recognize the drive..jungle flasher doesn't see it as "Connected" and all ports are empty..will your tutorial still work with me then? ( i have a replacement Team Xcuter PCB installed btw..)

@burnmark13 You can really use anything that will drill a small hole very slowly. A knife, Utility knife soldering iron etc. The soldering iron is what I use and what I suggest. It's the easiest and safest from my testing various things. Here is a link to my tutorial for the full instrustions.

will it work on nforce onboard sata ? can you give me a link to what kind of usb to sata adaptor do you have ?? i'm trying to flash my SLIM Liteon DG-16D4S with 0401 firmware will it work on that drive ?

it might not go into vendor mode because you have the phat button selected, not the slim... maybe it would work if you actually did it right

@69SuperJordan Look at 7:53 the PHAT radio button is still selected and it worked fine with the USB to SATA adapter. Maybe you should know what the hell you are talking about before making yourself look stupid.
