Very rare record.. Notice the group's name is not listed on the label. This is the first press. The 2nd press with the group's name on the label is almost as rare as this copy.

  • Address on label is Washington 18, D.C.- postal zone 18. Postal zones were the precursor of zip codes, so I know from that that this record is from before 1963.

  • You're right. I've seen some really weird stuff on record labels from 64-65 where there will be an old phone number like RN9-8585 with a zip code.

  • Is this record label named after the town of Winn, Maine?

  • I doubt that. My feeling is that since there was a Win label they added the extra N to the end.

  • Just to add that I can't hear this song too many times.

  • I agree...... I feel that way about both sides.

  • Pretty good but I still think "Poor Little Puppet" on Golden Crest was best.

  • The flip of 'Wedding Bells' of course. I wonder if The Gales 'I Love You' on Winn is the same group. They two groups wound quite similar. Anyone out there know?
