@split1654 I haven't used it for a while but if I rememeber correctly, you go into the options, firstly, you hide the hideous ManyCam logo. Then you set the camera output to be ManyCam instead of your normal camera. Then you go into 'Still Image' or 'Video' to set up what you want to view depending whether it's a photo like this one, or a fake video.
