Germany looks like the best! It's well balanced and has alcohol. The cost is misleading because it is expensive to eat healthy in the U.S. I know it's expensive to eat out too, but if you only have 50 bucks for a week of groceries, you tend to get what is going to go the fartherest and that's usually processed foods, unless its the spring or summer when fruits and vegs. are in season.

The U.S has the worst eating habits in the world. here in the U.S their is an abundance of food and people have no excuse to eat bad. I have eaten pretty healthy my whole life my family cooks all homemade food and I can't remember the last time I ate out I cut off soda for about 2 years ago and I drink about 9 glasses of water a day and I feel great. when i go to the store i always check labels and find my self putting a lot of things back. stay away from fast food and processed foods.

One thing which Natalie fails to explain is HOW the wholefoods are prepared, I don´t believe most of these people consume the veggies raw, fermented or lightly cooked. It is custom to cook the life out of them, so I don´t believe simply having a wide arrangements laid out translates to proper eating
