what a jingle ... now thats country
-
I guess the Outlaws are doing this "Legends of rock" tour? How does that happen? Hughie and Billy are dead
-
@six2112 youre entitled to your opinion, as are all of these other people. I just think that whoever is left from the original 1975 debut album lineup is out there touring, therefore, they are the Outlaws. Nobody bashes Skynrd cause Donnie or Lonnie or Connie or whoever is singing and not Ronnie VanZant. Nobody jumps on Doug Grey cuz the Caldwells are dead, I don't KNOW that The Outlaws current lineup is the best, I just think its good and they call themselves The Outlaws, so thats what they are
-
@littlebighank If Hughie's not there , it's not the Outlaws...it's Henry Paul and a bunch of talented guys playing Outlaw songs....nothing against them playing it...just call it the Henry Paul Band ....or even Henry Paul's Outlaws......If feeling that way makes me an asshole, then fine, I'm an asshole.

Kind of looks like Legend Valley, Columbus Ohio. somewere around 79ish Allman Bro. Outlaws, PPL , Molly hatchet

No Monty, no waterhole!!!! JK, just making fun of all those assholes that say the current lineup shouldnt be around. I love this footage. The new Outlaws rule this song too!!

Ive seen them a whole lot of times .. and I think that Ive seen them a couple different times when he was wearin that damn cast on his foot... ... love them OUTLAWS.. miss them lots .. wheres the good ole southern Rockers today??????????
-
@bassmanthreeoffour So,where was your exact address...(kidding!!!!)Hell of a collectors peice!!!!!You lucky cuss!!!!!
Yeah Billy was great, you'd be surprised how many solos he played on those early records. I have one of Hughie's personal picks he used at a show in 1980 with his name on it & have an 8x10 glossy of both Billy & Hughie on either side of a Strat with all their signatures on it from the 2005 tour, including Hughie, Henry & Monty, but not Billy & Frank. They were already gone by then.
Still Priceless to me none the less.
Long live The Outlaws. Southern rock's greatest guitar players.
