SEM Zoom Montage

The particular SEM used in this montage is quite old, but a magnification of 35k should be possible if focus, astigmatism etc. is optimized further.

For new SEMs, 100k+ magnification is quite easily obtainable. The magnification limit for SEM imaging today is somewhere around 400k.

it's that the furthest it can go?? and in that image at 9000x can you adjust focus??? thanks a lot mate!
