Cordell takes shat to steak school. Great marinade recipe, but put some of the oil and all the garlic in a blender then marinate. The flavor absolutely invades the steak that way!

Watch a great refried bean recipe here:

  • that thing was clearly NOT cast iron. ie, piece of garbage. Get yourself the same thing but in cast iron. healthier, indestructible, better taste.

  • I think you'll find that the aluminum grill spreads the heat a lot more evenly, seasons quickly, and doesn't rust...but whatever makes you happy. I'm stickin' with mine.

  • im gonna get one of those things from the beginning haha xD

  • Try Williams Sonoma, they carry a variety of them.

  • The steaks look yummy! Did the marinated steak turn out more tender?

  • It was wonderful.

  • holy fuck i hate videos where people talk to viewers like we are stupid

  • who gives a shit about the pattern? you sir are a dumb bastard. you dont cut a steak til you are ready to eat..and you did it first thing. you coooked on medium heat?? i guess..but a real sear should be on high. also after you cook a steak they are supposed to rest about 10 minutes to lets the juices redistribute..you cut right in. and whats all this "boiling" talk? do you mean broiling?..thought so.

  • This thing is crap. BBQ it or make a stew. Cuz with these fake grills it all comes out as stew anyway.

  • it's all about steakkkkkkkkk

  • yummy

  • actually, cast iron is renown for its ability to hold and spread heat more evenly than anything else on the market. but, if you're getting the results you want... But I'm stickin with mine too. ;)

  • hell yeah no more frickin steak boiling! you might as well boil a piece of car tyres if your going to boil it.

  • COOL THANKS i'm gonna do this
