tara's gown looks a bit like my sister's prom gown but comparing them, i like my sister's better,no offensement. . a filipino designer done it, costs P15,000.00, was a mixture of orange and pale red, was strapless and heart shape tube top fit until below the knee to flatter the shape,the balloon comes below the knee just like tara's, the twist there is that it is made up of orange&red silk cloth pressed to make permanent pleets. . hard to describe but if you want a pic of it i'll show it. . aha!
