I hate to say it, but I think this woman is guilty...or at least knows exactly what happened to that poor little girl. In the first part of the interview, she says that she "didn't know" if the little girl ever made it upstairs - wouldn't you check this out first before reporting her missing?? Also, when she did the tv interview after... she changes the story and says that she saw her daughter go in the friend's door. I hope that she gets herself right and tells the truth about what happened!

not just that, i want to bring to everyone attention another girl that is just as bad as this woman, named Erin Gerrity 30 of Temperance,MI, she is an unfit mother leaving her 3 year old daughter with any guy and leaving her with sex offenders too and then puts out to whatever guy she can and is a big time alcoholic, so if anyone knows her, she is the same exact way and never keeps an eye on her daughtyer either.

Not all offenders reoffend? Noone ever knows if a person is a sex offender or not unless they are labeled? Anybody can be a sex offender? WTF is wrong with this woman?

I don't know of a five year old that can take care of him/herself ANYWHERE. I have a 5 year old, and I watch her all the time. Even when she's outside, I'm checking on her every five minutes or less, even when I can hear her right outside the door! Forget defending herself...I wish she would TELL THE TRUTH and let the child rest in peace and the responsible parties suffer for their actions.
