Serpents and dragons have long represented wisdom. Of the feminine variety. Goddess Kali is the destroyer of ego (left-brain dominance). Without that destruction, men can't have a unified experience with deity, or with a woman. That is why she is worshipped with such devotion. The last several thousand years has seen the eradication of this right-brained, feminine/earth wisdom, and a maligning of it's symbol the serpent/dragon.

@immayhem I think you missed the point. It was the comet which came first and the attributions afterwards. Serpents and dragons are electric filaments of massive proportion which have illuminated space and given rise to myth. Kali s a symbol and her story represents the actions of Venus the comet which actually wreaked cataclysmic havoc on earth. Read Velikovsky and watch the entire vid this is from.

immayhem, you need to watch the entire video, Remembering the end of the World - it is not about aspects of the feminine, its about how the myths were derived. It is actually about plasma physics and electricity.

I'd recommend you watch the entire thing plus some other stuff from Thunderbolts on plasma science and then read Alice Bailey's Treatise on Cosmic Fire.

Kali is much more than how you describe and can be also traced to a bolt from the

centre of the galaxy. She's more than you know.
