  • coriander in not cilantro, thier not even close!

  • great video .. good job congrats

  • @bg11215 Some stores label them as the same thing- don't shit your panties

  • I just tried this and it was SO YUMMY!!! It is now one of my staple recipes, thank you SO MUCH for sharing!!!

  • @bg11215 you can have coriander leaves or coriander seeds.

  • @kcijmon I live on Oahu Hawaii and the pineapple here is so wonderful and sweet. I buy it at Costco already cut up. I use pineapple every morning in my breakfast smoothie.

  • Cilantro is not aka coriander, at least not in the U.S. Coriander is the seed, cilantro is the plant or leaves that that grow from the seed. The tastes are completely different. Corainder is corainder, cilantro is cilantro. For culinary intents & purposes, they're 2 completely different things.

  • Oh. I've never had an issue ripening a pineapple at home. I just leave it out on the counter and check it every other day or so.

  • @kcijmon I know all about that. Pinapple is a bit different from what I understand though. I've learned that the ripening process stops completely once it has been harvested, and that fully ripe ones are too sensitive to be shipped long distances.

I've never been able to ripen a pineapple at home.

  • Natasha, wow looks like a great recipe :) Cilantro is apparently great for detoxing heavy metals too. I'm gonna try this.
