  • Zach had just finished some extensive work with the impact bag. We were working on creating an impact position where his left wrist was flat at impact. "Commit to the Bag" was meant to remind him of the sensation he felt when hitting the impact bag.

  • @TIGERWOODSBOYFRIEND ill certainly make sure to make a refrence to ya haha

  • @mlwalo120249 sorry its a bit late, but commit to the bag is pretty much a saying used between me and my coach with this drill we use, its hard to explain what i do, but its gotta do with the swing after the contact

  • Impact bag lmao! Get yourself a car tyre and and when your arms and wrists can flip it over completely get yourself a lorry tyre! Seriously I used this method as a kid and I particularly like it (instead of a impact bag) because your whole body and coordination is still attempting to make a full through swing even though it will take a little while to build the strenghth up, good luck pal. BTW if you make the tour I expect at least 10% for this advice!

  • commit to the bag dude. COMMIT TO THE FUCKING BAG JACKASS, AGGHGGHHGGHHG

  • BTW ... What does "commit to the bag" mean?
