  • What is astonishing about this video are three things. The individuality of Budgie for one. As well, the detached brilliance of McGeough. And most importantly, the crowd...! Siouxsie is Siouxsie of course and Severin plays the role but, WOW, after all these years to see this video shows how dominant the extras were. I am a bigger fan now...

  • 'my chest was full of eels', I think someone in the Banshees loved ALIEN..

  • Gli anni della vera musica, adesso siamo agli sgoccioli,

  • I was 18

  • This band had it all. Greatest most unique band with the most unorthodox tribal drummer, a guitar player that came from another universe, a bass player that played a different rhythm but it worked. And at her voice. They were genius. Has to be up in the top 5 of the greatest bands.

  • @KabbalahWestCoast

You're missing the point here. S,S &B are the core of the band as songwriters and form the nucleus of their unique sound.

Yes McGeoch was cool, but so was Robert Smith and the others who all helped them on their various stages of development.

Don't call me ignorant. I saw them here in England in 1981 when i was 15!

  • @rushkagon The guitartist is genius John McGeough...he is no longer with us RIP. Be careful what you say please....a bit ignorant. LoveUGodBless, T and J KABBALAH MATTHEWSHEPARD MADONNALICIOUS

  • Back in my time they called this New Wave. I still love Siouxi and Robbert Smith as one of the best musicians!

    Love Rana

  • John McGeoch...the LEGEND lives on

  • @ohhisam3

YES! A Kiss in the Dreamhouse. and JuJu. but don't forget Kaleidoscope!!!
