Here is a video clip of Chris Addington's RodBuster - a 1969 Karmann Ghia that has a full-billet chassis, a twin supercharger 2000cc, 4-cylinder horizontally opposed Volkswagen engine that is in the Full Custom show circuit at a early 1990s Volkswagen Bakersfield Summer Nationals.

  • The reason this car looks dated is because it was done in the early maybe mid '90s. I saw this at the Oakland Grand National Roadster show.

  • It's not cool. It's tacky. Sure he put a lot of thought into it, but you can't teach cool. 

  • This is nice , but check out the new V10 viper ghia being built at Volks rodders.

  • this is the by far the most thought out 69 karmann ghia to date 05-05-10. i own two ghias 63 & a sweet wine me dine me 69 !!! both of which my wife & i have owned 4 over 30 years.chris & bettys rodbuster is over the top.with all the RIGHT STUFF

  • interesting, i thought knightrider aswell, cool paint, detail, but 80's dated interior.
