Inverted Burpee Variation

Here is my variation of inverted burpees.
(I probably couldn't do 100 of these in a reasonable amount of time though.)

Ideally I'd like to do it as follows:
Straight arm pike press to handstand, straddled Endo roll to handstand, pike down to straight arm back extension roll.
I need more space to do that though. Maybe I'll try it at the gym sometime.

@raydredX yeah, i agree with u as well to some extend but my point is, when u goin to gallery u see final piece of work, couse that is purpose of every exhibition and yoy tube is some sort of exhibition itself... so conclusion is easy, show how u developed it but as a making of and final piece at once

@o0sharpen0o It's true. But some people may enjoy watching how someone develops(every stage of practising) or it may be just for Dr. Alexis watch how he's doing it and also for his friends.

I understand your point but most of the stuff on youtube is basically trash and the great majority of it's users won't get rewarded for only posting good stuff.

Just my opinion anyway.

@raydredX couse ppl like me goin' on youtube to see something what would inspire me not bring me down... think if everybody would upload every stage of practising, then hard job to do would find something good ;/
