Randall V2 tube channel

I just run through some of the settings on the tube channel, I pluged in using the XLR on the back of the head, I think the noise is coming from the old adapter I'm using in the back of my comp.

Tried to just pick a song that was easy to hear the differences between things...

Can u record through XLR without using the Box? (Mastervolume completly turned off) I have the same amp, but no XLR Cable :P If this is posible its perfect for silent homerecording and stuff :)

Well, in this vid I was using the cab as a prop to hold it up to a level that I could mess with it, so it wasn't plugged in. But you have to have the master volume on and have standby off for the XLR to work. It doesn't damage the head as long as you don't crank the master up real high. One good thing about SS power amps.
