yea i know they suck and are actualy former soap boxes but im in the nz worlds team for them haha. im gona sail a 470 next whitch is way faster than some lazer shit

I definitely agree, this is thet detailed and straight forward sailig video on youtube. It would be great for the authors to create more of them ;) also, for sailing other boats like FJs and and lasers. great video, thank you!

This is actually the most informational video I've seen so far (by a long shot). I have never sailed before, and I want to learn, as I will soon be buying a boat of my own. I don't know how to sail, and this video taught me more than anything else on YouTube. Thanks! A+

Opti's are for kids to learn. It is the largest fleet in the world and perfect for first time sailors. Don't hate cuz your fat ass wont fit in one.

Come on guys, get a life. This is supposed to be a training video for people who are total beginners. It doesn't matter whether the boat is an Opti, Oppi, Optimist or a Billy Bollox Bathtub, that's not the point. It doesn't matter whether the sailor is 10, 30 or 90 or even how good he is - see it for what it it, an instructional video for beginners.
