I do think, that the Mitsubishi is a little bit faster this time, but, not to forget, there are 25 years between both cars, so I think the Audi is still a great car in performance and earns a lot of respect

I had this one already on the german autobahn against my Audi 200 20V with stock factory RS2 engine and just a chip so that it reaches 375Hp.

But the EVO8 was not faster!!!

We tried everything to cause we both thought 25 MOREhp and 200Kk less than my Audi must be seen somehow...

...but it doesn't1

And last but not least the M EVO series is very poor build. There no comfort at all its just a race car that got beaten by a 17 years old Audi 200 20V Turbo.

Anyway, I like the style of the EVO series and it is in fact a fast car, but not as fast well build Audi.

Haha poor comments for the Audi. The Evo is obviusly much faster, the Audi eould have been miles behind if Tiff hadn´t cheated. Can´t say its slow´but itsn not at all as fast as the evo. + it spells Mitsubishi. Wasn´t Audi that made 4wd, they just put into rallying. And the Evo name earns much respect for it´s great performance and refinement over the years, not to speak about all the rallyvictorys.

Theres one thing you should remember:

Without Audi there would be no Mitsubishi EVO!

The SPORTQUATTRO was made in the 1980, thats over 25 years ago.

Lets drive the MITSUBISHO vs. AUDI RS6 5L Bi-Turbo with 600HP, what do you think who would be faster?

Its not about whos is faster boy, its about that the Audi 25 years older an still can take it with a car from nowadays.

And at least: The hohenester SPORTQUATTRO was faster than the FERRARI ENZO from 0 - 100!!!

Evo all the way. Respect must always be given to the titans of it's day. The Audi is still a beast and I'd still be happy enough to own it if I couldn't get an evo

Put Tiff in the Evo and have a straight race without cheating, and the Evo would've beaten it by loads. The Evo is 4.4 to 60 and was hassling that Audi despite the fact he cheated and cut a corner.

Massive respect to the Audi. A truly great looking car that would spank all the modern hot hatches of today.
