i was bored and found one of those old projectors that was used to show "picture slide-show" and just ripped out the lens and experimented on it.. it took about 20 minutes to make the hole lens and to make it fit on my camera, the result was far more better than i expected and not crappy like those door peephole thingys.

the camera i used was an aiptek extreme H5

    to put it simple, you need two lenses.. one that is concave and one that is convex.. just find som old lenses from scrap-cameras or projectors and play around with them, good luck and happy to answer :)
