Blackberry Storm 2 9550 Call Button Problem

I'm having serious problems with the call key on my second Blackberry Storm 2 9550. Verizon is hassling me about getting a brand new one. They want to send me a refurbished unit. My phone is only 37 days old. What is funny is I recorded a new Stormn 2 in a local Verizon store while waiting to talk to the manager and the display unit had the exact problem but even worse.

i've discovered the problem on mine ; it was the charger it wasn't the original one .i got an original one and haven't had any problems since

hy I switch-it off and leave it with the batery removed for a minute or so and now ,for the moment it's fine

Another solution is to adjust the screw located in the back battery compartment make a few adjustments counter clock direction like une turn at least, (you will see 2 screws one is with a white sticker and the other is without try with the one who don't have the sticker) that will loose a little the screen and release it a little to be able to make the click...

no os .428 dont fix it... i have that os on my 9550 and it still not makin me press the end call button......... HELP RIM!!!!!

MINE IS DOING THE SAME THING! I might take it back. .428 isn't official yet.
