@MarinaMakeup I agree with you completely, you are going to comlpletely fudge your interview if you are going in feeling jittery because you just need a cigarette. Washing your hands is an awesome tip. Alot of smokers dont realize that alot of that harsh smell is carried on their smoking fingers. I like to wash my hands, then use a highly scented hand sanitizer. And of course a mint and then some gum

This is nice, but the idea of smokers "just not smoking that day" is a bit silly. Smokers can't just "not smoke," especially before something that stressful. Instead I'd recommend just making sure to wash your hands and have a mint. It's better to smell a bit like smoke than to be going crazy from withdrawal.
