Thanx for sharing....I agree and I do not add salt anymore untill I am ready to make dosa or idli or most fermented dishes...

Adding salt slows down the fermentation process. Add it after fermentation is complete!

You can store up to 2 weeks in fridge after fermented and up 3months in freezer..

Food processor doesn't do job well with this kind of betters but if you don't have any choice try in small amount and see if that works for you. Better might not get as smooth as blender...
