@ladybirdskaterboy actually you only need to be 10 years old to get a junior certification.Im 12 and my whole family scuba dives.I'm starting my training this may, does anyone have any suggestions for good,reliable, equipment with a budget? thanks.

Kid was WAY to over-weighted had over 20lb of lead in a 3 mil shorty... that's enough weight to sink someone that size in a drysuit !

1:35 - use your legs... that's why you have 'em. Frog-kicking should be taught in the pool before ever getting in open water.
