Mexico already had been a first world country with 9 largest economic, and the economic was getting bigger until, you all see where the money went, you see it in forbes, and it's name is Slim Mexico's reason why Mexico is not a first world country. Mexico had an opportunity to become a first world country, but because of corruption. You can see Mexico's 60 billion dollars house power went to one men Slim through corruption. Mexico can turn into a first world country selling more oil. True!
