Re-entry Panel, Pt4 - AVP/USA 2008 Conference

Re-entry panel from the 2008 AVP/USA National Conference held in Bellingham, Washington, May 25, 2008. Participants were John Shuford, AVP facilitator, moderator; Keith Brooks, Freedom Project & The Village of Hope; John Page, The Village of Hope; Justin Holmes, AVP facilitator; Bob Beaudette, AVP facilitator. Panel discussed issues facing released prisoners as they endeavor to make a successful re-entry to normal society. Panelists discussed their experience with re-entry and their involvement with re-entry programs that assist released prisoners. The Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) is a nationwide and worldwide association of volunteer groups offering experiential workshops in conflict resolution, responses to violence, and personal growth.
