Tone Television-Mystic Blue Star amplifier-1950 Fender Telecaster-Reason Amplification 2x12

Every time I recieve a new amp I doccument the opening process.
Kinda like X-Mas pictures...but in this case, July.
Here is a masterpiece of ampliication made by Tommy Cougar, of Custom by Cougar fame. It's based on the Dumble ODS platform, along with many options to "shape the sound". For instance, you can add pedals in front of the amp...some Dumbles don't like pedals in front of them!

All kinds of cool stuff awaits in this amp.

I'm using a Reason Amplification 2x12 Dumble style cabinet. The best 2x12 I've played. Hands down. Solid as a Rock, and so musicial. Killer.

And I'm finishing out the recording, with a 1950 Fender Telecaster RI and a TC G Sharp for verb and ducked delay like a 2290.

EDIT-09-05-2009. After a week with this amplifier, I am floored. This amp has SO MANY TONES in it, it;s crazy. I can go from LC/RF smooth tones, all the way to Shred. In one package. INSANE! I'm so close to selling off the Marshall collection...but...what would I spend the money on?

Thanks man! Never played a Bludo, but for my money the Tommy Cougar is the best. He tailored this amp for me. It's a perfect fit for my playing.

Two Rock amp are very overpriced. Not worth the time or money.

The Custom Sig I had was weird. Had ugly overtones...and the first cabinet was COMPLETE junk. Rattled and buzzed.

This amp is an amazing machine, that allows touch dynamics to come out. It's the best amp in the world.

i have to agree, i own a dumble clone and am in the middle of building one and the amp responds amazingly to my playing. The reason why i meantioned your fingers doing the work is because ive heard very nice amps like yours but the players make them sound like shit, in your case this is not true as you make it sound beautiful.

For some reason teles really make these amps sing, i use one with mine too
