仙台空港アクセス鉄道開業1周年を記念して作られた、SAT721系「お絵かきラッピング電車」です。
仙台空港駅の構内放送（日本語・英語・韓国語・中国語）も収録しています。

This is the type SAT721 "Children artist wrapping train" made in commemoration of the first Sendai airport Access Train opening anniversary.
I took a picture of this animation at Sendai airport station on March 26, 2008. The premises broadcasting of the station (Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese) was collected.
